Maverick Wine Gifts Payment Options are independent deferred payment plans offered exclusively by Maverick Wine Gifts.  Maverick Wine Gifts Payment Options are not affiliated with Swiss Colony or Choose N Charge.  Approval is based on account status.

PREFERRED BILLING: Payment for your purchase with Maverick Wine Gifts is deferred for thirty (30) days, interest free.  Payment shall be made with a major Credit Card, Visa Debit Card or personal check.  Customer agrees to pay for all shipping and sales tax at time order is processed.  Balance of payment will be due upon deferred payment due date.

EXTENDED PAYMENTS:  Customers are approved and extended payments based on final credit approval and the information provided above.  Finance charges apply. Customers will be invoiced monthly with a Minimum Monthly Payment based on account balance and �Payment Chart� below.  Payments are as little as $25.00 a month.  Extended Payments allow our customers to divide their purchase over 3-12 months.  First payment is due at the time of purchase, with additional payments due monthly.  Customer agrees to have payments deducted as agreed from payment method on file.  Approval is fast, up to 24 hours.
 
MONTHLY WINE CLUBS:  Monthly Wine Clubs are NOT eligible for Payment Options. Monthly  Wine Clubs must be established with a major credit card or debit card on file.

LATE FEES:  Payments exceeding the agreed payment terms will incur a $20 monthly late fee in addition to Finance Charges.  Customer will be responsible for any collection fees associated with the collection of the debt.  Maverick Wine Gifts reserves the right to pursue any and all collection efforts to collect the debt including reporting to Consumer Credit Agencies. Maverick Wine Gifts reserves the right to revoke or deny credit to any customer found in violation of providing false or misleading information.   Purchases over $300 may require approval based on consumer credit reports. Maverick Wine Gifts does not use Consumer Credit Agencies to base all decisions. We utilize internal credit rating methods to determine approvals. Maverick Wine Gifts reserves the right to verify customers account status with Swiss Colony.

FINANCE CHARGES:  Finance charges are billed at the following interest rates monthly: 18%: AL, FL,GA, CA, MA, MN, NC, NE; 6.5%: AR; 21% All other states.

PAYMENT CHART:  Minimum Monthly Payments:

$0-$100 ($25 month);

$101-$200 ($35 month);

$201-$300 ($40 month);

$301+ (Payment based on approval)
